So last week I spent 3 days in Kruger National park in South Africa. Chelsea (my cousin) and Pamela (who I volunteer with at BG) and I saw the Big 5! We camped in the park and thankfully didn't wake up to any lions growling just outside of our tent :)Our days started by 4:30am at the latest to get to prime areas for seeing the animals.
I was pretty excited to see the WaterBuffalo because he was the only one of the Big 5 I missed last year, not because they are that cute.
I got the Veggie Tales Cebu song stuck in my head.The giraffes were very cool - this guy picked his nose after drinking some water!
The lions were great - this guy sat in the road posing for us!
And then of course I was being photographer!
